Unable to escape link or image dialogues in IE11

I am experiencing the same issue referenced in this CKEditor bug report I believe:
https://dev.ckeditor.com/ticket/10604The editor works fine so far in FireFox, but in IE11 on Win7, I cannot use it. It traps me in the dialogues so that you cannot click “OK” or “Cancel” or “X” to get out of image and link edit dialogues. On the same machine, current FireFox works fine. Will you please confirm if this contains the bug fix referenced in the above ticket?
