• I had used elementor to edit the page, and the notification “server error: 403” appeared when I press “update” button, so I refresh the page and found out that I am not able to enter the dashboard anymore(But the login page is still ok). Through the AWS log, it seems problems occur when the plugins update, so I tried to deactivate the plugins by rename the plugin folder to “plugins.hold” and “plugins_old” but still not work. Please help and thank you very much.

Maybe that will get you a step closer at which plugin or theme is messing you up.

Also, I have seen this issue occur when you are out of disk space. That’s something you can check as well.

Returning to a back-up is an idea is well.

What you also can do, AFTER YOU TAKE A BACK-UP is via your cPanel… copy over the install files of WP without wp-config.php … I was once able to fix it that way. But that’s a bit risky imho.

Thank you. I have tried to stop the plugins through put them into a new folder inside wp-content, and I found that once I stop the elementor pro then I can able to access the dashboard, but after I tried to edit the page and press update, the problem comes again. I have checked the error log through server and messages come out that seems something goes wrong when the plugins auto update, do you have any idea?

Hi there, sounds like another plugin that interacts with the editor is still messing up with your website. I’d keep deactiving your plugins and see what happens.

If that doesn’t help, I think I’m going to leave it at other people here since then it’s going above my head…
