    When creating a ticket, I can enter text in the subject field and choose selections from drop down menus. However, when I try to enter a description, I can’t click on the text area box and put focus on it to enter anything.

    When viewing the Inspector console I can see this:

    <textarea id=”create_ticket_body” name=”create_ticket_body” style=”visibility: hidden;“></textarea>

    Why is the visibility hidden?

    When I changed visibility from hidden to show in the Inspector / Elements panel, then I can enter a description.
