Unable to enter email address in subscribe field

  • Hi, please refer to the trial page linked here with coupon box set up. I can’t seem to enter anything in the email address text field, and the placeholder text “Enter your email address(*)” also does not show up. Possible to help with this?

    This problem can be solved with Custom CSS, please go to this plugin’s customize > Custom CSS, add the below custom CSS:

    .wcb-coupon-box .wcb-modal-body .wcb-coupon-box-newsletter .wcb-newsletter-form input {font: 16px helveticaneue,helvetica neue,Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif !important;}

    I just noticed that the plugin only detects “already subscribed” email addresses with those emails entered after the plugin is installed. Is there any way to detect “already subscribed” email addresses existing in either the WordPress user list or Mailchimp list from before? I have already entered the Mailchimp API, so in principle should the “already subscribed” list in the plugin be synced with the Mailchimp list?

    Unfortunately, our plugin can not detect the already registered account before the plugin is installed.
