• I am having an issue with my widgets on my website. I am running the latest wordpress. I have tried different themes, as well ad disabled all the recent plugins. Nothing seems to work. It is hard to explain what the issue is because I do not know what it is. I have take a screen shot of what is happening maybe that would help.

    any word on this yet?

Really weird. What did you do with WP? There is no Widget Area on the picture.
Try Enable accessibility options in screen mode (top of the widgets page)
Try to activate the default theme and look is it appears or not.

No it looks the same. It is really weird I have been using wordpress for very very long time and have not run into this issue. I have tried many different. deactived all plugins…and still it is not showing the right side of the screen nor all the widgets. I have Also re-installed the latest update on wordpress, as well as cleaning and optimizing the database.

I am stumped on why this would happen in just that last couple of weeks, when I have not made any changes to the site since then.

So I am at a loss as to what is happening. I have a messed up link on my home page in widget form that my sponsor is itching for me to get fixed. I am stuck here unable to fix it.

And all other back end pages is Ok? Troubles only with widgets?
There is one common way to understand what is it:
To activate the default theme and deactivate all plugins. Delete the site cache and the browser cache. If a bug is still here – it can be the hosting problems. If a bug disappeared – activate plugins one by one and watch is bug appears or not. If all is ok – activate a theme and check the bug.
If you did this already ??
While the problem haven’t resolved – you can use the sticky post for the sponsor link ??

As I have stated before I have deactivated everything as well as revert to the default theme. I do have ticket with my hosting provider already.

Just a thought. I assumed that I got same bug and I have no idea what is it. I would copy the database to a fresh local installation, then files, plugins, theme. So it easier to find the bug locally, without limits like with working site.
