Unable to edit web pages, posts or products

I am unable to edit pages/posts/products since updating my site to the latest version of WP, Woocommerce and Theme. I thought I had narrowed it down to Wordfence being active, as I was able to edit everything when the wordfence plugin was disabled. The next morning I was unable to edit any of the pages again. I have some type of gremlin style issue going on here where it is never consistent.

WordPress 4.3. I am unable to click into the body (nothing happens and no errors are displayed) and if I open existing pages/posts/products the content doesn’t appear in the body window. The Visual Composer button disappears when the issue is happening.

I have no idea at this time where the issue is and am not the most technical person when it come to web dev. Any assistance would be very much appreciated.
