Unable to edit visual box

    Hello,

    I cannot edit the visual box, therefore I cannot customize any popup.

    I have tried several times to install and uninstall, remove potential conflicting plugins, but still not working.

    I use WP Rocket.

    Hi,

    Can you try disabling all other plugins to see if that solves the issue? From there turn them back on one by one until the problem comes back and let us know what plugins has a compatibility issue with ours?

    Do you see any errors in the Javascript console when trying to access the visual editor?
