    Hello,

Another issue, when we made our site live, I can no longer edit the tours in the backend of the site. I get this error message “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” I had our Developer look at it and he did not know why. The plugins are up to date and still display on the front end. When we made the site live, I made sure to update the information attached to the License Key.

Hi, please e-mail us the following information:

    1. What is the php version of your live server and stagging server?
    2. Is the license activated on both live site and stagging site?
    3. Create a new tour on your live site, use it on a test post, publish it and give us the link.
    4. Try to export a tour from your stagging server and import it to your live server. Let us know what happens.
(in case you don’t know how to use import and export, here’s the documentation)

Please e-mail the above information on our support e-mail. Thanks.
