Unable to edit survey

    After adding most survey questions in, I’m now unable to edit further? While I can make changes any edits to survey questions, adding sections etc after saving it just reverts to where it was?

    Have tried updating plugin, rebooting web server, duplicating survey – all creates same results.

    Any thoughts?

    I am really sorry about the issue you are currently experiencing.

    I want to mention, that the plugin itself doesn’t have any limitations.
    However, there can be a limitation set from your Server.

    Most presumably, one of the PHP values (max_input_variables) is set lower than needed, that is why this kind of issue has occurred for you.

    So, please get in touch with your Hosting Provider and ask them to expand this value or do it on your own via the cPanel.

    max_input_vars 20000

    Please check this and let us know about the outcome.

    Thanks Jasmine – changing the max_input_vars value to 20000 worked perfectly (was set to 1000); awesome work, thanks for the quick response.
