Unable to edit subject line to add certain emojis

    Subject line tried to add: Still shopping? ?? ?? ??

    However, this one worked: Still shopping? ??

    Hi,

    If you want to add emoji in the email template then you can add symbol code or we can say HTML Entity (Hexadecimal) of emoticons in the header and subject under the Add / Edit Email Template page and then try to save the email template. You can find some code here: https://www.w3schools.com/charsets/ref_utf_symbols.asp

    This symbol code will be converted into emoji once the abandoned cart reminder email or test email will be sent out.
