Since switching hosting providers and transferring my cPanel account, I keep getting taken to a page that has “loading” on the top left had corner every time I select “edit with elementor”.

Is anyone able to help? Any suggestions as to why this could be happening would be great.

  • Hi,

Can you disable all your experiments, please?

except for the Flex Box experiment (If you have it on your site)

    https://elementor.com/help/elementor-experiments

If it solves the issue, reactivate the ones you use.

    • Please make sure that all of your Plug-ins and Theme are updated.
    • Sometimes it isn’t obvious that there is a plugin update available. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Updates and click the Check Again button to be sure.
    • Please also regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard,
    • then make sure that you are clear:
    • your WordPress cache (your WordPress plugin if you have one), your server cache (if
    • you have one. In this case, you can contact your hosting provider).
    • ?Please deactivate all your plugins besides Elementor and see if it helps. If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) and see if it makes any difference.

Thanks for your help here, but I followed all the steps and nothing worked. My website still looks awful. Any other suggestions?

    Hi @dreamsrealised22 ,

Sounds like something went wrong while transferring your site to the new host. How exactly did you transfer your site to the new host?

Do you have a full back-up, taken before the transfer?
In that case, I would delete all on the current host and put back that back-up from before the transfer.

Personally, I use the All-in-one migration plugin to take back-ups, but all depends on whether you have a full back-up, and can you re-install it?

Also make sure that the new host meets these requirements:
    https://elementor.com/help/requirements/

Maybe they are on a lower/older PHP version, not enough memory set?
These things can cause Elementor to fail/keep loading.

When I visit your url this is all I see:

My previous hosting provider (BlueHost) took a full cPanel account backup which my new host transferred to the site.

Do you suggest deleting and re-uploading?

Myh hosting provider has confirmed they meet the WordPress version, PHP, MySQL and WP Memory Limit requirements.
