Unable to edit properties and Fatal Error

  • When trying to update a property, the editor is not working correctly. I cannot switch to Text editor and the visual editor shows all of the content in white.

    Also, under the General section, it shows this error:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined method RW_Meta_Box::has_been_saved() in /home/rhghan/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-property/vendor/plugins/wp-meta-box-utilities/lib/class-group.php on line 59

    When inspecting the page, it shows “ReferenceError: tinyMCE is not defined”

    Hello.

    First of all try to check if it will works on other theme. Also try to disable all third party plugin in order to investigate the issue.

    I found out the issue is with the plugin Meta Box. Now, it won’t even activate. I get this error when I try to activate it:
    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    Warning: require_once(/home/rhghan/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-property/vendor/plugins/wp-meta-box/inc/validation.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/rhghan/public_html/wp-content/plugins/meta-box/meta-box.php on line 47

    Do you have the latest version of wp-property and wordrerss and that wp-meta-box plugin?

    Yes, all plugins and WordPress are up to date.

    I have also found that issue. We will try to fix that ASAP. Try to use previous version of Meta Box, e.g 4.5.7 at the moment.

    You will need to wait for new release of Meta box. It seems that they are going to fix that.
