When we updated your plugin to the latest version, 5.17.1, our clients can no longer edit their profiles. They get the following error message when they click Next to begin editing: “Please choose a valid category for your plan.”

I doubled checked the settings for the free plan and all categories is selected.

We are running a staging site that has an older version of the plugin, v5.15.2, and everything works fine there.

Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks!

    Hey @pat_martinez

After some more digging, we found that this issue occurs when the fee plan assigned to that listing is disabled?. Please double-check that all your fee plans you are using are enabled.

If all your plans ?????are enabled and you are still seeing this, please let me know.

    Best,??

Fantastic, that did the trick! All of our coaches are on our “free” plan but it was set as disabled. I changed it to enabled and now they can edit their listing. Thanks!
