As I imported one template from Astra theme, which was having a WooCommerce installed in it. I removed it as I don’t want it on my website. However, I found that when I add a new page as Stores with ‘stores’ as slug, Elementor fails to open editor. It shows this error.

But then, when I change slug to any other, it starts working and opens the editor after hitting edit with Elementor. May I know what’s causing this and solution to it?

Things which I have already tried.

    1. Clearing cache and re-login
    2. Incognito mode
    3. Different browser
    4. Changing themes
    5. Disabling other plugins Regenerating Files & Data in Elementor
    6. Fixing permalinks

    Hello mmkurhade
Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand that you have a page with a slug “store” and you are unable to edit it with Elementor ending in an error.

This appears to be an issue related to the Elementor plugin but to make sure WordPress is working fine, can you edit the page with Block Editor? For that, you need to click on the Edit button (not Edit with Elementor).

If it loads fine on the Block Editor (probably showing a notice that this page was created using Elementor) then I will recommend you to reach out to Elementor’s support.

Let me know how it goes.
Looking forward to your response. ??
