• We have a Safari user on a MAC that cannot edit any orders. The problems is not there on a PC using Chrome, Firefox, Edge etc.

    Its only on MAC with Safari. It appears to be an issue with the select perhaps?

    The screenshot isn’t clear – what exactly is the user trying to edit? I’m asking as there are several select fields on that screenshot ??

    Also, are you seeing any errors in the console of the web developer tools in Safari?

    The image in the left is in the edit order screen in Safari on a MAC. The image on the right is in Chrome in Windows.

    You can see the “Order Status” and “Customer” are not a select/drop-down in the left image.

    Can you clear browser cache on both? Looks like a cached script.
