Unable to Edit or View Media

    When I attempt to view my media library or edit a page my window becomes blank. I don’t see anything.

    My font is not white— it is almost as if it is hanging. Please Help. The website is ‘www.porterranchcommunityschool.org’.

    An update: When I deactivated the NextGen Gallery or Player Plugin, I can view the Edit Page window, but it is blank– the elements on page are not displayed in the EDIT PAGE window.

    Try deactivating ALL plugins and switching to a default theme. If that solves the problem, reverse your steps one by one to find which is causing that.

    Also, be sure to clear any caching on your site and browser before and after doing the above.

    Thanks for the prompt reply. I will try this evening when site traffic is low. Thanks– T. I did try clearing cache (my browser) and de-activating plug-ins w/little success.

    Switching to another theme then switching back solved the problem. Not sure why this works, but it did. Thank you! T.
