Unable to Edit or Create Form

Hello @sanjuacharya77,

I am using WP 5.6 with PHP 7.4 along with the latest version of User Registration.

I m unable to edit an existing form and cannot create a new form either.

Clicking on the Update Form Button doesn’t take any action & similarly the Create Form button also doesn’t take me anywhere.

Just for your info, i am using WP Rocket on my website – If that helps you.

Please help me with a resolution.
