I’m trying to change the minimum available date so that if someone requests an appointment in the evening after we’ve closed, the first person in the next day won’t be hit with an appointment as soon as they arrive.

For example, we close at 7. So after we close, the first time the next morning someone would be able to schedule an appointment for is 10:00 am. Which works great because we open at 9:00 am and, providing there weren’t appointments already booked, the first person in would have an hour before the first appointment.

But what’s happening is that I’ve got “now +15 hours” in the minimum available date and (even when there’s nothing recorded for the next morning), the next available date is closer to now +18 hours or more.

Is there another way to word this so the minimum available date is more accurate?

Thanks in advance for any help!

    Hi,

Seems you are using a commercial version of the plugin, if that is the case please open a ticket at https://abc.dwbooster.com/support to give you the instructions for that through a feature available in the commercial versions of the plugin.

For faster assistance please make reference to this message in the support forum or paste the same text into the ticket.

    Thank you!
