Unable to edit menu

    Hello, I can no longer edit the menu in WordPress. I’ve tried everything—deactivating all plugins, switching to the default theme, even reinstalling WordPress—but to no avail. I’m using Litespeed on a dedicated server. There are over 40 sites on this server with the same configuration, and none of them are experiencing this issue.

  • Are you using a block based theme or a classical theme. If you are using a block based theme try looking in the console of the inspector. The block based themes are using react so if there an error it should show up there. If it a classical theme you can try turning php debug mode on or look in the the php error logs to see if it shows anything.

    I was referring to the backend, is that what you are alluding to?

    To be clearer, I can add an item to the menu, but as soon as I save it, the new item disappears.

    Update : I just realized that I can no longer save a page either. When I try to do so, the backend page window closes, and I’m immediately redirected to the blog posts backend page. It’s very strange.
