Unable to edit Memberships

    I would like to first start out and mention that I originally installed this on WP 4.2.4 and was using the current version of the plugin when I noticed the issue. I am currently just upgraded to WP 4.3 and am using the current plugin version and am still having the issue described below.

    From the admin panel using an admin level user, I click on Membership 2 “Memberships” menu item and it brings me to the list of memberships. When I add memberships I only see one showing up in the list of memberships no matter how many I add to it. Also when I click on that membership to edit it the page that it brings me to is blank and there is nothing I can do but hit the back button on my browser and try to click on edit again to try and edit the membership.

    So currently I am not able to edit my memberships and I can only see 1 membership in the list of memberships at this moment. I have tried uninstalling the plugin, I have tried reseting the plugin by adding &reset=1 to the settings page URL. But I have not been able to have this work for me. Is there something that I need to do to get this corrected or is this a know issue with this plugin???

    Hey there ericwhittakerjr,

    How are you doing today?

    This seems like a plugin/theme conflict so you’ll have to test for possible conflicts.

    Can you please try using default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen and deactivating all other plugins as displayed in the following flowchart to know which theme/plugin is conflicting if any.

    Hey my day is going well, thank you for asking. How are you doing today?

    So I followed the flow chart for troubleshooting. I changed the theme to the WordPress default Twenty-Fifteen theme, and turned off all other plugins. I went to the Membership 2 Memberships list and tried to click on the edit link and it brings me to a page that is blank.

    So at this time Changing to a known working theme and turning off any plugins has not resolved the problem. The flow chart makes a mention of the .htaccess and wp-config.php files which I would not be sure what to be looking for in them. I have not done any alteration to the site through FTP on the server so the install should be set the way it was originally.

    In addition to symptoms that could help you determine a problem I probably should mention something I thought was funny during the beginning of installing this plugin. I had installed it and the Memberships plugin had made the Membership pages and then when it said that membership 2 is ready and available I said i agree or something and it upgraded it to membership 2 and when I went back to the pages in WordPress it showed that there were 2 sets of membership pages created and I just deleted one set of them. So maybe this plugin could have corrupted somethings??? Let me know what you think. Really looking to get this resolved as we are wanting to launch this site in like the next 2 weeks and if I can’t get this part out of the way we are going to be really behind schedule.

    I notice this thing too and I mentioned in other thread that several negative incidents have occurred after the recent updates and I don’t think they are relates to the WordPress update. Considering this issue, not only can’t the memberships be edited but while I created a Default Membership the plugin wouldn’t ask me how many days it will last or how much money it will cost.

    We already released an update that is fixing edit membership fatal error as well as couple of minor fixes.
