    Hi there,

I am using Elementor (not Pro), a theme from Theme Forrest and Google Chrome as my browser.

I am unable to edit the footer or header that I previously created with the Jeg Elementor Kit plugin. It keeps saying that the preview is not available and routes me to this site: https://elementor.com/help/how-to-fix-the-preview-could-not-be-loaded-error/?utm_source=editor-panel&utm_medium=wp-dash&utm_campaign=learn

None of the tips on this site helped so far. I already tried to deactivate all plugins but nothing changed. If I create a new header using a template of theme forest I can edit everything. But as soon as I leave the editor and want to change something later, it won’t let me change anything showing me this message:

“The preview could not be loaded.”

If I click on the Preview Debugging the site is not loading.

    What can I do here?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @aureliangela and @marielisevw,

We sincerely apologize for our delay in responding. Could you please provide us with a URL link that we can access? Previously, @aureliangela sent a link, but we were directed to a Coming Soon page and could not access it.

This issue typically occurs due to permalinks not being generated correctly by WordPress. Therefore, you can try regenerating your permalinks by going to Settings -> Permalinks and then clicking the Save Changes button.

If regenerating the permalinks does not resolve the issue, could you confirm whether you can create a new Header or Footer Template and edit it using the Elementor Editor?

If you can edit a new Template with the Elementor Editor, the problem may be due to the Page Template not being set to Elementor Canvas or Elementor Full Width. If that is the case, you can change the Page Template to Elementor Canvas to resolve the issue.

Previously, another user experienced a similar issue; you can check that forum with the link below.

    We hope this answer helps.
