Unable to edit Footer Text

I recently updated to the latest version of Agama-Blue, and noticed that you can no longer add or edit custom copyright text in the footer. The information pop-out is still there when you go to Appearance > Customize > Footer > General, but the box to actually add or edit the copyright text is missing. Was this intended? Anyone else find a work around? I would like to update the copyright on my website to use the current year but am unable to do so.
