Unable to edit file description

I have uploaded a zipfile containing documents I want to put in a folder. The only problem is the is no file description. Does anyone know how I can make the description the same as the filename, either on import ideally, or if I need to manually after the import.

We need to do this as we have removed the filename as we don’t want the dropdown box. This dropdown box only partially appears when you click on files further down the list, so instead we are hiding the file name and only showing the Description and Download columns.
