    I was editing a story draft and was almost ready to publish. I clicked the checklist to compress my videos, and suddenly got an error page, screenshot here:

    When I click “report error” I get an additional error page:

  • @amandaseghetti Thanks for getting in touch and opening a new topic. I can confirm that this appears to be the same issue that was reported in the other topic that you replied to, and we’re working on getting a fix out. I’ll update here as soon as it’s available!

    @amandaseghetti This has now been fixed in the latest release 1.15.1. Please can you update the plugin and confirm you are no longer having this issue?

    Thanks for the update. I just went in and was able to edit and publish my story. However, I continued to have issues when I tried to optimize my videos before publishing. I would start to work, and then would crash and give me an error screen.

    I didn’t get a screenshot of it, unfortunately. I was able to work around it by optimizing the videos one at a time instead of clicking “optimize all”, so now my story is published. Maybe the issue was having 12 videos in one story, which is more than I’ve done before.     @amandaseghetti Glad to hear you are able to publish your stories. We are aware of the video optimization issues and there is currently an open GitHub issue for this.
