Unable to Edit Cart Based Shipping

    Under the WooCommerce Settings > Shipping > Cart Based
    I cannot make any changes to the Subtotal Based Rates. If I click Add Cart Rate or Delete Selected Rates, I get redirect to the top of the page and nothing happens.
    It does not matter which browser I use. I am on the latest version of WordPress and all my plugins and themes are up to date. I have already tried disabling and reenabling plugins and themes to check for a conflict.

    Under the WooCommerce Settings > Shipping > Cart Based
    I cannot make any changes to the Subtotal Based Rates.

    It seems that these settings are coming from a different plugin, not the core WooCommerce plugin.

    Thus, you will want to get in touch with the plugin authors for further assistance with this issue.
