  • Hi,

What exactly does not work? Do you see an error message?

No error messages. It tells me that it is installed, but not
Just this under General Settings: “If the form below is not working please follow this link.”
The event detail sections do not expand when I click on them when adding a new event.
Under Theme Options, I see all 7 options to click on, and they highlight when I hover, but nothing happens when I click on them.
I also reinstalled WP 4.4.1 on top of the existing install, but no luck there either.
Even though I have no events currently, I show three custom categories with 2, 3 and 1 event in the categories.

    Thoughts?

It is possible that this is a conflict with another plugin, have you tried the troubleshooting guide? https://time.ly/document/user-guide/troubleshooting/first-troubleshooting-step/

Sorry. Tried that first. Disabled all plugins, and went to 2014 theme. Still behaves the exact same.
It appears to be something in the database. With phantom events still showing, can I clear out the plugin and all of it’s data somehow? Deleting the plugin did not work.

    Hi,

Sorry for not replying sooner. Do you still have this issue with the plugin?

After messing with the install, or both WordPress and AI1EC, I figured out what was happening.
I installed WordPress, new, then all my plugins, inlcuding AI1EC, and everything worked great. While I was building the site in the back end, I had a static .htm page I used to indicate site under construction, which was only basic html tags with an img tag. By replacing the the default wordpress index.php page with my custom index.htm page, and renaming the wordpress index.php to index.php.new, AI1EC stopped working. After I changed the index.php.new back and renamed index.htm to index.htm.old, it was still broken. I ended up using needing to reinstall everything again, from scratch, then use the theme to create an under construction page instead.
    All works now.
