Unable To Edit Accordian

    Hi,

    I haven’t used my Accordion since I set it up and published it in 2022. I am re-designing our site and I went into the Accordion to see if I could copy or export and import it to the new site. When I accessed the Accordion, I am not able to edit anything. It shows the settings and the shortcode, but there is no editor showing to make changes to the original Accordion. Thanks.

    When I go into the existing Accordion I had created previously, I see all of the settings, however the actual accordion with the questions and answers we initially created no longer is showing. (Video link attached.)

    Hi @thewebmanwp17,

    WordPress doesn’t allow special characters in post content i.e. in the Accordion description field. We guess you used some special characters that’s why the data didn’t save and crashed the post. You can create them again.
