unable to edit a newsletter

Hi.
The last days I can’t edit a newsletter. Neither a new one, nor a duplicated. The options at the edit page are gone. There is nothing to add. It’s blank. There is only the newsletter itself, but the options like “add a picture”, “add a wordpress post” etc which were at the right hand of the screen, disappeared.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
