unable to drag/drop to reorder fields

    Is there a trick to using drag/drop to re-order fields? I can move the 1/2 width fields left and right. When full width fields are dragged vertically, they appear to be moving, but snap back to their original position as soon as the mouse button is released.

    WP 5.7, CFS 1.7.15

    tried deactivating the other plugins
