Unable to drag and drop woocommerce product categories for sorting

  • Hi,

    I am unable to drag and drop the woocommerce product categories for sorting the categories. While inspecting, I can see a console error “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘indexOf’ of undefined”. Can anyone suggest how to solve this?

    This is a jQuery error which can prevent certain functionality modules / things from working on your website.

    If something does not work after a WordPress or plugin update or maybe because the plugins were not updated for a long time then you can check the Inspector > Console.

    Please de-activate plugins one by one and then test the Woocommerce sort order functionality. By this, you can sort out the issues and fix it with required updates.
