Unable to download UpdraftPlus Backup

    Good day.

    In my WordPress dashboard, I suddenly am unable to download the UpdraftPlus Backup. Once the backup is completed I check the appropriate backup > Others > Download to your computer. A new tab opens up and the page is blank. I check my browser download section and there’s nothing there.

    May I know which browser you are using? Can you please try it with other browsers?
