Unable to download Large card Addon and poor after sale suport

  • I ordered large card addon for this plugin and its more than a year, additionally i have lost the downloaded file for this addon.

    Now i have contacted theseguys via email and supprt form more than 4 tyms and its mire than a week i have not got any reply from them

    I have provided them my order id and all other details and it is so very sad that they are simply not responding to any emails

    Please help me , since i have already paid them i feel cheated. Let me know whom to contact and how to get the addon installation file again

    Extremely sorry for this late response.

    We had to go through so many changes, and now we have few more new developers to support this plugin and our support. We revamped our website and support is now professional managed and there is new ticket system to better track.

    Another point is the premium addons are sold for 1 year support, you are free to keep using it, but support need yearly renew, we are very sorry if this msz was not clear before, we will be happy to provide you whatever support you require, and we will make that info better available in our new website, which is available already.
