Unable to download from feedUrl.

I am using the WordPress plugin WP Smart TV to generate the JSON FEED for Roku. My actual site is not WordPress, but I created a SubDomain at roku.calvarysm.org and installed WordPress there, and installed the plugin, etc. in order to make the Roku Feed work.

Roku returns the error “Unable to download from feedUrl.” when I use the feed I linked to. I know that Roku is working because I have used a feed from another source, and it ingests perfectly. I would rather not pay that source a monthly fee if I can use your plugin to get this working.

I have put in a ticket at rovidx.com as well, but I thought if anyone here might be able to help, that is appreciated. I have also talked with my hosting service, and they assured me they are not blocking JSON feeds at all.
