Unable to download form submissions

Hi there,
I have a problem with form sumissions download. While I’m clicking “download all sumissions” (maybe in English it’s called differently, I’m using Polish WordPress’s version), I get the message “Sumissions download failed”. I’m able to check error.log of the server and there is:

This error occurs on every forms I’ve created in the past. Could you help, please?

Ninja Forms version: 3.6.9
Wordpress version: 5.9.3
