Unable to download form data

I am trying to download submitted form data from this page here: https://hineschool.com/register-your-interest/

I am getting the emails without issue, but when I try to access the tracking link on the dashboard of my site, it just shows as processing forever, then clicking download gives me an access denied error. I last downloaded it in April without issue.

Any advice?
