    Hi

I deleted some unused files I uploaded to WordPress Download Manager from my file manager in public_html/wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files because I just realized even though I already deleted them, they were still in the folder. I was going to free up some space.

And then I tried to test-download the current file I have in this link and every time I input the current password (yes123), instead of downloading the file automatically, it always shows a grey button of “UNDEFINED”.

I thought that I accidentally deleted an important file from my CPanel so I deactivated and deleted the plugin then reinstalled it again. I even tried to put back all the files I previously deleted (yes, I do have site back-up file). I tried to make a new file in the download section along with reuploaded a new file. In the end, none of them work.

So, I started wondering. Could it be the plugin error?

I’m not a pro website developer, any further assistance is highly appreciated. Thank you for your attention.

    Hi,

Yes, I changed to another plugin since I needed that page to keep running because of the demand. But, I do like the visual of WP Download Manager better so I would love to return using it.

I have deactivated my other plugin and reactivated WP Download Manager. If you don’t mind, please check the linked page above again. Thank you
