Unable to download extensions!

    Hi, I purchased the Dservice theme and am unable to download the extensions that are included with it. Every time I click install it comes up with a failed message. I have sent multiple emails on this issue and no one has been in contact with me.

    Can I please have some help?

    Issue hasn’t been resolved yet.

    Please can you get in contact with me to sort this issue out.

    I am unable to install ANY of the extensions that were included with the theme.

    Still haven’t received any support and my emails to your company are going unanswered.
