Unable to download anything from jigoshop.com account

Are you able to look at my Jigoshop.com account? Hopefully my name will be sufficient ??

I have emailed [email protected] to let you know I cannot view any downloads for purchased plugins. All I get is “Available downloads” and then no listing on the page.
