• I purchased nextgen gallery plus 3 days ago and I am unable to download it. I keep getting the following error: 503 (Invalid Key): Sorry, your access to this file has expired. Please contact Support for assistance.

    I already sent two support requests but there is no reply from there. I expect to get better support than this after spending 40$!

    Hi Cais,

    I did hear from Alice and she mailed me the zip file. But I am still not able to download it from the website. I still get the following error:
