Unable to download after payment

  • I’ve recently set up this plugin and have several video files that are products. I am using the link URLs rather than the shortcode as it gives me more flexibility on how I lay out the page. BUT when the link is clicked on and purchased the money is taken but there is no option to download. Instead the page freezes with a constant wait cursor (buffering screen). This has happened three times now to myself and a potential customer. Nobody has yet successfully purchased anything. What’s going wrong?

    Enable the debug logging feature of the plugin to see if the full transaction processing is working or not. There maybe a conflict somewhere on this site that is stopping the processing half-way. The debug logging feature will give some clues.

    Hi.

    I have now tried it with the asp shortcode and it works ok that way round, just not with the text link. They get the popup to enter card details but then the screen just hangs with no possibility to download the file.
    I’ll try the debug log thing and post the results. Thanks
