Unable to Download a Backup

We are attempting to replicate this issue on one of our test environments. In the meantime, can you please ensure that you are on the latest version of the JetBackup for WordPress plugin?

Hi JetApps Team,

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still get the same issue. Clicked on Download, then Backup and it then goes to the following link: sutherlandshirenational.com/wp-admin/admin-post.php?action=backup_guard_downloadBackup&backupName=Backup 230828&downloadType=1
It just goes to a blank page and nothing happens.
