    Hi,

Please help. The plugin has been working just fine for months, but now I’m getting the following error message:

    Unable to display Facebook posts.
Error: (#4) Application request limit reached
    Type: OAuthException
    Code: 4

I went to the Error Message Reference page and there it suggested that the facebook page it’s linked to might be set to private, but I checked an’d it’s set to ‘open to public’. Any suggestions as to how I can resolve this issue or what’s caused it is very much appreciated.

    Many thanks.

Awesome, glad to hear that! ??

Hey just so you know the error message for this has no closing div for cff-wrapper causing a ton of styling errors. Thanks for your help.

    Hey mvaughan44,

The closing div issue should have been fixed in version 2.1.2. Which version were you using?

Didn’t see the update. Updating now. Thanks so much.

No problem. I’m marking this thread as resolved, but if anyone is still experiencing the issue after updating to version 2.1.3 and clearing your cache then just let me know.

    Hi, @smashballoon

    Thanks for updates..
    Problem solved now……..

Hi there, I am in need of some assistance.

I downloaded this plugin today and have tried all trouble shooting options yet still seem to be acquiring and error message.

    {“error”:{“message”:”Invalid OAuth access token signature.”,”type”:”OAuthException”,”code”:190}}

Any indication as to what could be causing this? The access token works on the demo site, but not on the actual site. Do you think this could be a result as of the theme currently installed?

    Hey ANTIPIXEL,

It sounds like the issue is that the Access Token you’re using is invalid. Could you check whether you copied and pasted it correctly? If you’re still having issues then could you try using the form at the bottom of our Access Token page again to get a new token, or try using the plugin without any token at all?

    John
