Unable to display Facebook posts.

    When I try to display the Facebook feed, I get the following error:

    “Unable to display Facebook posts.
    Error: No posts available for this Facebook ID
    Please refer to our Error Message Reference.”

    I’ve checked and made sure my Facebook group is public with no restrictions. But it still doesn’t show up.

    Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Ah! I forgot to change the setting “Is this a page, group or profile?” to a “group” instead of a “page.” Now it works.

    Getting this message at https://www.ftreliancenwt.ca. Facebook page is published and public, there are posts so don’t know what it’s not appearing. Have tried several different plugins but none seem to work with custom-facebook-feed.

    Hey arcticexplorer,

    The feed isn’t showing up as you’re trying to display posts from a personal Facebook profile. I responded to your other thread here with more information.
