Sorry, I thought that I could attach a file. Error shown below.

Jetpack encountered an error and was unable to display the Dashboard. Please try refreshing the page. https://jetpack.com/redirect/?source=jetpack-contact-support&site=friendsofhoverugby.org.uk

Additionally, on the same site, if I try and activate Boost then I get a blank grey page with a whit message box stating “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

When I do this on other sites, I get through to where I should. I am logged in as an admin.
    Thanks

    Hi @andyward75

Right now from our end when we run our debug tests on the site, we’re getting the following error:

rest_cannot_fetch_remote_user_connection_data: Invalid response code: 500 Internal Server Error.

This indicates an issue with your server, but would you first be able to try the following for me?

From the wp-admin dashboard of your site, please go to Jetpack > Dashboard > Connections > Manage site connection from your left-hand menu.

Click the Disconnect button. If it’s already disconnected, you can skip to the next step.

Deactivate your Jetpack plugin by heading to Plugins > Installed Plugins and finding “Jetpack by WordPress.com.” After a few moments, activate it.

Back in Jetpack > Dashboard > Connections > Manage site connection, Click the Set up Jetpack button and continue through the approval process.

Please let me know the results of this troubleshooting and we can go from there.

OK, I did all that but after activating the plugin, I was not presented with any “Set Up Jetpack” button – just a standard wordpress message saying that the plugin had been activated, I repeated the exercise, just to ensure that I had followed all steps correctly and had the same result. Upon revisiting the Jetpack > Dashboard > Connections I note that the site was already back connected without me doing anything. The problem persists.

    Thanks
