On the page “domain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=checkout§ion=stripe&panel=settings”, im trying to add webhook key. But unable to edit the account key. When I click on “Account details” -> “Edit Account Keys”. Nothing happens. Create a new site on local. It’s happens the same.
I understand that you would like to edit the Account Keys under Stripe’s settings, however, nothing happens when clicking Edit Account Keys, correct?
I replicated the scenario on my personal site running on the default Storefront theme, however, I am unable to reproduce the issue on my end. The Account Keys window is displaying as expected as you can see below:
As a first step, please make sure that you are running the latest version of the plugin that you can check under Plugins > Installed Plugins.
If yes, please check that you’ve followed all the instructions on this support documentation to run Stripe smoothly, yes?
If so, please try to clear your browser’s cache or try another browser or in incognito mode and see if that works?
If these steps did not resolve the issue, it looks like a third-party plugin or your theme might be causing the conflict here.
For us to investigate this further, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce and Stripe plugins are enabled, edit the account keys and see if this works?
If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.
If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.
If this did not resolve the issue, please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.
Thanks for your feedback. I think I found the issue. It’s because I’m using “Disable Bloat for WordPress & WooCommerce plugin”. After I deactivated the plugin, it works now.
