Unable to disable plugin!

Hi there,

I have the latest version available and I have huge issues since I updated to the latest version. Anyways, for troubleshooting purposes I wanted to disable the plugin but it refuses to disable.

Then I went to cPanel and renamed the folder in file explorer – that didn’t help.
Then I went to myPHPadmin and I couldn’t find any table associated with this plugin.

Please help me and tell me why I can’t disable this plugin and what is the table name that this plugin uses?
