Unable to disable paypal payment method after upgrading from 2.5 => 2.6

    When updated from 2.5 to 2.6 I enable paypal by clicking checkbox and saved. Then I tried to disable it but checkbox always stays checked. What can I do to disable it ?

    Woocommerce version is : 2.6.14
