  • Hi @kzlee

    Thanks for reaching out!

I am sorry to hear that you received the error logs above when using the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin.

As a first step, please ensure that you are using the latest version of Facebook for WooCommerce plugin as it contains the latest updates and resolves common issues.

Unable to detect valid feed configuration: No catalog ID

This error usually appears if you are not the owner of the Business Manager and Facebook page, which is required to connect the Facebook for WooCommerce extension to Facebook.

Can you please confirm if you are both the owner and admin of the assets you are trying to connect to?

Yes, I am the owner of the Business Manager and Facebook page I’m trying to connect to. I downloaded and activated the plugin today, so it’s the latest version.

    Hi kzlee

Please go to Marketing → Facebook → Connection and share a screenshot of the page. Here is an example from my test site: https://prnt.sc/X_FcbuucfgLn

I just created a Facebook connection for my test site and authentication failed on the first attempt. I could see a failed connection notice on my Connection page. Maybe it has to do something with Facebook’s authentication. It worked on my second attempt.

Also share a screenshot of this Facebook popup: https://prnt.sc/BDAtt4Xljter
It will help us in verifying your Business Manager access.

Looking forward to your response ??
