Unable to Delete Users

Hello. I’m using WordPress 4.0 and something has happened I’m not sure how to fix. When I try to delete a user now, I have the option to their content to someone else, or delete their content, but no matter which option I choose nothing happens. I think there used to be a “delete user” button that has gone missing and now I am unable to delete anyone. Insights? Ideas? Solutions? Thanks.
