Unable to delete Uploaded file

Hi

Your plugin is awesome. But I have found an issue if I successfully upload a file in any extension and try to delete the file the upload option becomes busy and does not respond, I have to hard refresh the page and file gets deleted

I had issue with all possible file type: zip, png , jpeg , jpg , gif , txt
